近段时间,部分农产品价格大幅上涨,引起了物价部门的注意。根据广东省物价局的部署,东莞市物价局近日组成3个检查组,突击检查了中堂、虎门、常平3镇7个批发市场,以防止趁天气异常、灾害多发之机串通涨价、囤积居奇、哄抬物价、变相涨价、价格欺诈等价格违法行为的发生。
　　近日来,我省蔬菜价格持续高位,部分品种波动幅度较大。省物价局认为,除天气影响、供应减少、成本增加等因素外,不排除游资炒作、囤积抢购等因素进一步推高了价格。为遏制农产品价格上涨势头,近日,省物价局发出通知,要求全省物价部门加强农产品价格检查,并派出六个检查组分赴广州、深圳、东莞、佛山、惠州、湛江等地开展蔬菜、粮油等农产品价格检查,严厉打击囤积居奇、哄抬物价等价格违法行为。

　　近日,东莞市物价局组成3个检查组分别突击检查了中堂镇中堂市场和江南农副产品批发中心；虎门镇龙眼市场和富民农副产品批发市场；常平镇常平第一市场、常平农副产品批发市场和大京九农副产品批发中心。同时,通知各镇街物价工作者配合市物价局统一行动,对本辖区内的主要农副产品批发市场、主要集贸市场和大型商场(超市)进行检查和巡查。

　　在这次检查和巡查中,根据市场波动情况,各检查人员采取广泛巡查的方式,重点对全市的大蒜、蔬菜、辣椒、绿豆、生姜的供应、库存情况进行了详细调查了解。从检查和巡查掌握的情况来看,由于东莞的大蒜、绿豆等农产品主要从外地调入,绿豆主要受种植成本上升和内蒙古、东北干旱天气等因素导致产量下降,市场供小于求引起的价格上涨,预计近段时间将维持高位运行,估计10月、11月份新豆上市后才会逐渐回落；大蒜随着近期新蒜的上市,价格正在逐步回落。
