新麦价格上涨趋势放缓

进入7月份，主产区新麦收购价格与前期“步步走高”的局面相比，其上涨势头已逐渐放缓，一些上涨过快、且已超过陈麦价格的地区出现了小幅回落。抢购大战明显“降温”，新麦价格涨势“收敛”。

 

前期新麦价格普遍高开高走

 

今年六月，随着国内主产区小麦收割基本完毕，由于受新麦全面上市之前，市场就已经有了“狼多肉少”的心理预期，各收购主体纷纷“先下手为强”，导致新麦刚上市即打响了粮食抢购战，一时间新麦收购价格行情表现“亮丽抢眼”。

 

记者从郑州粮食批发市场了解到，前期新麦价格普遍呈高开高走，主要有以下几个因素，首先，农民对粮价的预期抬高了收购价格的底部。由于受前几年收购价格走势的影响和今年种植成本的提高，农户普遍对自己的小麦售价有着坚定的认识，开秤收购的价格高开也是顺应了这种趋势;其次，企业抢收成为推动价格高走的源动力。第三，农户售粮数量尚没有完全放开也是新麦价格坚挺走高的重要因素。由于今年夏收秋种时间紧迫，农户为赶农时导致新粮供应量相对偏少，加剧了供需间的矛盾。

 

新麦收购后市如何演绎?专家预测新麦市场后期价格不会有多大上涨幅度，总体上将保持平稳运行态势。建议各地政府要引导各收购主体尽量避免高价抢粮，摈弃“存粮赌涨”心态，打消粮农对收购市场“行情继续看好”的预期。

 

据郑州粮食批发市场提供的我国主产区新麦最新收购显示，由于新麦市场价格显著高于托市价格，目前最低收购价小麦收购量很少，多数收购点已经暂停收购;贸易商收购小麦积极性也明显降低，部分甚至有出货意愿;近期面粉价格上涨速度虽很快，但加工企业对小麦价格的看涨预期已大大减弱，收购也逐渐趋于谨慎。
